The cool chic colours of the restaurant, with the exposed brickwork and subtle lighting create an elegant but unpretentious backdrop for low-key lunches and intimate dinners.

Through the skills and talents of renowned head chef Andrew MacKenzie and his team, the restaurant again received the highest score of all Brighton restaurants in The Good Food Guide 2014 for the sixth consecutive year. Exquisite Modern European cuisine is created by the innovative combination of high quality, seasonal ingredients and provides one of the finest dining experiences along the SouthCoast.

The restaurant at drakes served breakfast, lunch and dinner daily and is open to non residents as well as  guests of the hotel.

The 3 course Table d’Hote Menu, offers several options per course or try the superb and extremely popular 5 course Chef’s Taster Menu . (wine pairing option available) Vegetarian and dietary requirements well catered for.

For an extra special touch, the intimate Private Dining Room can be reserved for parties of up to 12 guests and includes the services of a dedicated waiter.

The room is also equipped with the latest technology for small meetings.

The dessert Soufflés are superb and feature on virtually every menu, although the variety changes with the season.
