Half Wild and Wholly Tame – Colin Merrin at the Hop Gallery

November 5, 2011toNovember 17, 2011

Half Wild and Wholly Tame“, Colin Merrin’s landscape paintings of the South Downs are derived from drawings made in situ and developed in the studio as paintings which encompass abstract concerns around light, colour, composition and space. They are emotional responses to our amazing, unique landscape as much as factual representations.
